Grant Application Application deadline: June 1 Please read the LRTF Funding Guidelines and the LRTF Application Instructions before completing the application.     Living Roadway Trust Fund Application (MSWord) All LRTF grant applications must include a completed Minority Impact Statement (MIS) form. Applications will be considered incomplete unless the MIS is completed and submitted with the grant proposal.     Minority Impact Statement (MSWord) County Applicants: Counties making or sponsoring an LRTF application must have an approved IRVM plan on file with the LRTF Coordinator. If an approved IRVM plan is not on file, it must be included with this application. A list of counties with IRVM plans on file can be found here.     County IRVM Plan Template (MSWord) Outdoor Classroom Applicants: Educators submitting an application for outdoor classroom funding should use the following document instead of the LRTF application above. Funding requests which exceed $1,500 must be submitted by June 1.
