County Applicants:
Each
county making or sponsoring applications must have
submitted an approved IRVM plan to the Roadside
Coordinator since January 2005. If a current IRVM
plan is not on file with the Roadside Coordinator,
it must be included with this application. A
list of counties with current IRVM plans can be
found here. All
county applications must also include a completed
copy of the LRTF Eligibility Questionnaire.
